We deliver to all areas across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also offer delivery to selected European countries upon request.

2. Processing and Production Time
Most of our furniture is custom-made to order. Production timelines typically range from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the design complexity, customization requirements, and current order volume.
Simple designs may be ready for delivery in 1-2 days, while elaborate customizations may take up to 1 weeks. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- The size and weight of your furniture
- The delivery distance and zone
- The fragility and handling requirements of the item
- Any additional services (assembly, white-glove delivery, etc.)
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value - check for current promotions.
4. Delivery Timeline
After your furniture is ready for shipping, delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time.
You will receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Methods
We use reliable logistics partners to ensure safe transportation. Depending on the item, we may use:
- Standard courier delivery
- Professional furniture movers
- White-glove delivery service (for premium items)
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are wrapped with protective padding and secured in sturdy boxes.
6. Damage During Shipping
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, if your furniture arrives damaged:
- Inspect the item immediately upon delivery
- Document any damage with clear photos
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and a description of the damage
Once we review your claim, we will arrange repair, replacement, or a refund as appropriate. Do not refuse delivery if damage is minor and can be easily fixed.
7. Delivery Exceptions and Delays
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or logistics issues may cause delays. We will notify you immediately if there is any significant delay and provide a revised delivery date.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), but we will work with our logistics partners to minimize any inconvenience.
8. Scheduling and Delivery Coordination
Once your item is ready for delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the furniture. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.
Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling or for deliveries outside standard business hours.
9. Assembly and Installation
Some furniture items arrive fully assembled, while others may require basic assembly. Assembly instructions will be provided with your order.
If you require professional assembly, we offer paid assembly services. This can be arranged at checkout or by contacting us before delivery.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact us to discuss custom shipping arrangements and costs.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of most furniture, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or not as described. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
